Stella and Flower are not happy about the invaders Stella and Flower are not happy about the invaders! Stella made me call Perry to tell him the cows are in the garden. She didn’t understand his speech on regenerative agriculture. Ha!

@arrows.in.the.sky held a beautiful gala this past @arrows.in.the.sky held a beautiful gala this past weekend to support their mission of shipping hope centered support boxes to families facing pregnancy and infant loss, pregnancy after loss, infertility, and pregnancy after infertility.

They have supported families in 45 states and are located in Harriman, TN. Knowing their story shows me the goodness of God and how He truly pieces together people with different gifts to work toward his wholeness of purpose.

It was such a joy-filled night where we helped pack boxes and learn how they see their mission continue to impact more people by showing the love of Jesus.

Getting all dressed up with my friends made the night even more fun!! We had lots of laughter!

Thank you for letting me be part of the ripple, Tamara!
Final day at #Cattlecon26 was a BLAST. The highlig Final day at #Cattlecon26 was a BLAST. The highlights were out of this world. Beckham came to help me, @valleychristianacademytn Ag Program came to tour the NCBA convention, met new readers, purchased my fist real cowboy hat from @shortyscaboyhattery, and heard RFK Jr speak. As a political & podcast JUNKIE this was a dream come true. His simple message of how eating real food will transform us all was so refreshing.

TN snow day. We all knew the assignment. When it s TN snow day. We all knew the assignment. When it snows the same people gather on the same hill to go sledding & tubing. The best kind of tradition.

I had the SWEETEST pleasure of debuting "Wake Up, I had the SWEETEST pleasure of debuting "Wake Up, Little Seed" in my daughter’s kindergarten class. A forever memory of a morning.

As a farm wife, teacher and mom to our four precious kiddos, I wrote "Wake Up, Little Seed" straight from our real-life dirt-on-the boots days as a way for little ones to celebrate God, Growth, and Farmers!

What happens when a tiny seed is planted in the ground?

Is it magic? Nope—it’s God’s incredible, detailed plan at work!

Wake Up, Little Seeds showcases that God designed every step of growth and provides for every need, with farmers helping tend the land.

This gentle faith-and-science story will help your children celebrate creation, hard work, God’s provision, and the joy of farm-to-table.

Kids lift flaps to watch the sweet farm family plant the seeds, watch them sprout, grow, bloom, and then become juicy fruits and veggie ready for harvest.

Ideal for toddlers and preschoolers and young elementary students during story time, bedtime, or Sunday school! It makes a wonderful baby shower gift, Valentine, Easter basket stuffer, or just-because treat.

I’m so proud of this little book that celebrates farm families (like ours) and invites others into the pure wonder of creation.

This is one brazen coyote! Thankfully he left the llama, ducks & other livestock in this pasture alone.

Obsessed with reading all about the journey of Lew Obsessed with reading all about the journey of Lewis & Clark with lots of insight into Thomas Jefferson. My family is probably tired of all the little tidbits I keep telling them. Ha! My takeaway today though is to let go of the sense of urgency. For heavens sake, Lewis didn’t even know if Clark would join him because it took three weeks for handwritten letters to go back and forth. Plus President Jefferson corresponded by the letter system as well. Meaning- great things still happened without immediate back and forth answers. If your texts or emails are causing you stress today just remember: the west was still explored without the sense of urgency we have today concerning communication. I’m not recommending a three week “wait to send” a response, but just realize people can wait for an hour or day.

This is good news for a type B mom in terms of forgetting to text, message and email. Yes, I am that person. Ha!

Now back to reading 🙂
